Chaza Doreen Zimba

Chaza Doreen Zimba is an assistant superintendent in the Zambia Correctional Service with over 20 years of experience, currently serves as the treasurer of the Zambia-USA Exchange Alumni Association (ZUEA) and secretary general of the Zambia Correctional Service Women Network (ZCSWN). Chaza is the founder and CEO of Saved Dreams Foundation, a civil society organization committed to empowering ex-convicts and their families by providing socio-economic development opportunities and supporting government efforts for the holistic reintegration of offenders to combat recidivism. Chaza holds a bachelor of arts in education and a master of science in peace, leadership, and conflict resolution. She is deeply passionate about offender rehabilitation through education, skills training, and psychotherapy. Chaza is alumnus of the Mandela Washington Fellowship and recipient of the 2023 Mandela Day Service Grant together with MWF alumnus Raymond Kaima.
