Doris Kumbawa is the founder and CEO of Ethics 360, a Zimbabwean company that provides consulting and training services in risk-based anti-corruption compliance, business integrity, environment and social governance and fraud prevention. Ms Kumbawa is also the country representative for the Centre for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), a US-based international institution that has been funding various organizations in Zimbabwe working in democracy and economic empowerment. Doris is a CIPE certified anti-corruption compliance trainer/consultant and alumnus of the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE). Prior to founding Ethics 360, Ms Kumbawa worked in various capacities in Botswana, Dubai and Zimbabwe. She is a holder of an Executive Master’s in Business Administration, a member of the Africa Business Integrity Network (ABIN) and board member of Agape Girls Empowerment.
