Elizeu Patrício Luís spearheads the Learning English & Portuguese at ABC project, a non-profit project that aims to provide extra academic support for primary and secondary school students in my community. He has an extensive experience in the advocating, promotion and protection of children's rights during his tenure as the Deputy and Vice President respectively of the Children's Parliament between 2017-2021. He is alumnus of the Study of the United States Institute (SUSI) on Civic engagement and a holder of a degree qualifications in public management and governance (UNISA) and studying Agriculture specializing in agrarian extension at Rovuma University. Elizeu has been a professional football assistant referee since 2022.
