Joelma Monteiro is a Hubert H Humphrey Alumni,from Angola, during her stay in the US she worked with the Department of Education in Pennsylvania, the College of Science Engineering and Technology at Minnesota State University, delivered presentations and was a Moderator on the Global Leadership Forum in Washington DC. She is a Community Lead at a global Network (OPEN) a digital platform managed by the U.S Beureu of Education where she was nominated as the most engaged member. She earned her Master´s degree in Language and Literature from the Atlantic International University (AIU) in Florida, USA, Master´s in Human Resource Management from The University of Zambia (UNZA), and in Business Administration. She worked in Namibia and Zambia and currently an English Language Teacher at an Oil and Gas vocational school Instituto Nacional de Petroleos(INP) in Angola, a leader, motivational speaker encouraging audiences to focus on their professional development.
