Paseka Gaola is a South African social entrepreneur specializing in higher education, youth empowerment, and international development programs. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law from the University of Pretoria, with extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication. In 2020, he participated in Study of the U.S. Institute (SUSI) for Student Leaders in Civic Engagement. He later served as a Global Youth Advisor, facilitating J-1 cultural exchange visas for South African students and young professionals, successfully placing over 100 participants in U.S.-based internships and exchange programs. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Incremental Education, a social enterprise committed to bridging skills gaps in technical and vocational colleges across South Africa. In 2024, he was awarded the Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund grant by the U.S. Embassy in Pretoria to train 600 students across 18 vocational and technical colleges, furthering his mission to enhance youth workforce readiness and economic opportunity.
