Rosy Schaneck has obtained her Bachelor of Arts Honours, Majoring in History and Psychology (2020). She is due to graduate in September 2025 for a Masters in Business Administration with a specialisation in Management Strategy & graduate for a certificate in National Counselling Services; Community Counselling . She is enrolled for the 2025 Academic year as a student pursuing her Masters in International Relations, Diplomacy and Management. Rosy is a Pan-Africanist serving as Commonwealth Youth Council’s Regional Representative for Africa 2024-2026. She served as the Networking and Events Coordinator of the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) Regional Leadership Centre (RLC) Southern Africa, and is Namibia's Country Director for Young African Leaders Forum. Furthermore, Rosy serves on the University of Namibia’s Alumni Council as an Executive Member (2025). Rosy was recently (October 2024) awarded as a runner up for the Emerging Innovation Awards from the University of Namibia with concept: Agritrack, smart animal tracking & health monitoring system.
