Semakaleng Dhlamini is the co-founder and director of TechFlow Afrika (TFA), an organization transforming education for the 4th and 5th Industrial Revolutions. TFA, founded by experts in Mathematics, Robotics, and Coding Education, provides innovative solutions to help teachers and learners adapt to modern tools, ensuring smooth transitions in the digital era. Semakaleng holds a BSc in Financial Mathematics and certifications in Executive Coaching, LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3, and ICT in Education. A fellow of the Young African Leaders Initiative and the Lincoln Mali Foundation, she has impacted over 2,000 educators, designed mathematics resource manuals, and developed curriculum materials for broadcast and online platforms. TFA was selected to exhibit at the Africa Tech Festival 2024. Semakaleng has also spoken at YALDA on AI and education, advocating for AI-driven solutions to personalize learning, improve accessibility, and foster critical.
