Simbarashe is the founding senior partner of Absolom & Shepherd Attorneys, a corporate and commercial law firm in Zimbabwe. His legal work includes recovering investment disputes, land assets, and securing mining assets for investors. His clients include diplomatic missions, high-net-worth individuals, and corporations. A certified ethical hacker and Microsoft Technology Associate, Simbarashe drafted Zimbabwe’s Law Society ICT guidelines and authored one of the country’s first cybersecurity law texts. He has spoken at global events, including SiGMA Cape Town and the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office’s Wilton Park Conference. An adventurer at heart, Simbarashe has swum in Lake Michigan, relaxed by the Black Sea, bargained for a horse ride at Elegushi Beach, and navigated a sticky situation in Antalya. He is an alumnus of the Mandela Washington Fellow.
