Tadala Peggy Chinkwezule is a Malawian lawyerpreneur, a 2022 fellow of the Mandela Washington Fellowship with certification in Leadership in Business from Clark Atlanta University. She is the Founder of the Estac Events and Tipeze Flea Market which has over the years positively impacted the sales of over 5000 SMEs. In 2024 she founded: Tipeze Innovation Hub, and Kidpreneurs aimed at empowering future entrepreneurs aged 4 – 12. She introduced the Tipeze CEO Coaching Program in 2023 through which young leaders and entrepreneurs are coached and mentored by top tier CEOs. She is visionary, innovative and has excellent resource mobilisation skills which she utilises to propel the impact of the Tipeze brand including receiving a grant from Copyright Fund; partnering in initiatives with Old Mutual, CocaCola, TNM, Standard Bank, National Bank, Umodzi Park, Sunbird, UNESCO, Internations, Itel, Izemall, Glam and Glory, Prime Insurance; and fundraising/crowdfinancing for survivors of floods in Malawi.
