Tafadzwa Makura, a self-styled "student of failure," is a Zimbabwean digital product designer and developer focused on solving business challenges through technology. His past ventures include E-Maji, which developed an award-winning whitepaper on borehole water delivery systems, the Open Book Project - Zimbabwe's first prototype feature-phone-based textbook delivery platform, and Mazwi, the country's first digital self-publishing platform for local authors. A Meridian and Washington Professional Fellow, he currently runs a digital consultancy specializing in web development, e-commerce and business process automation. In secret, he is the co-founder of a yet to be launched "stealth-mode" startup hoping to transform digital commerce for SMEs around the world
