Thabo Masiye

Thabo Joy Masiye is an enterprise developer, business consultant, and mentor specializing in Human-Centered Design, SME growth, and innovation-driven entrepreneurship. With over eight years of experience in business development, financial auditing, and strategic mentorship, she helps startups and SMEs build scalable and sustainable businesses. She has served as a mentor for the Standard Chartered Women in Tech Incubator Program with BongoHive, a business mentor for the Graça Machel Trust’s Women Creating Wealth program, and the 2025 Local Engagement Coordinator for TechGirls Zambia, working closely with Legacy International and the U.S. State Department. Currently, she is a National Business Consultant under UNDP, implementing the Supplier Development Program, with Zambia being the second African country to launch this initiative. A Mandela Washington Fellow, Thabo is passionate about integrating emerging technologies into business models to drive economic empowerment, access to finance, and enterprise acceleration across Africa.
